Returns and Exchanges
- If necessary, defective products may be returned within 30 days of receipt
- All returned items are subject to a 25% restock fee, No Exceptions
- We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise
- Special order items may not be returned
Warranties
All product warranties are covered by the manufacturer and may be repaired through your nearest authorized
service center
- Most Items ship directly from manufacturer
- Most orders are processed and shipped out same day
- Some items are oversized and need to be shipped LTL or truck carrier to a commercial address
- We accept Visa and Mastercard
- Several items qualify for free freight
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
- Sales tax must be charged on orders in Missouri and Arkansas
